Primary Homes, Inc. Organizes Home Run 2016 for the Benefit of PSEFI-SKILLS Scholars

Cebu Business Park, Cebu City --- Primary Homes, Inc. (PHI) did it again! Home Run 2016, the yearly fun run, dance and play event was a huge success staged last Saturday, April 23, 2016, with the whole Primary Group of Builders' (PGB) families gracing the event!  Home Run Participants were at Sumilon Road of the Cebu Business Park as early as 3:00 am to prepare for the 3K, 6K and 12K categories. Mr. Joel Baring, Race Organizer, gave a run-down of the different routes where the runners will pass soon after the Zumba Warm-Up Exercises were led by our friends from Slimmers World.  It was heart-warming to see so many young people and several small children joining the fun run with their parents, full-fledged PGB employees! PUM Netherlands and PSEFI-SKILLS' International Massage Training

Primary Structures Educational Foundation, Inc. (PSEFI) was very fortunate to have been granted a senior expert from PUM Netherlands, Ms. Janny Berends, who arrived here in Cebu on the last week of March in order to conduct a Beauty and Wellness Training on International Massage for two weeks. Training started in SKILLS campus last April 4 (Monday) and ended on April 15 (Friday). PUM Netherlands is an international, non-profit organization established by the Dutch Employers' Federation with financial support from the Kingdom of the Netherlands' Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They have assisted over 35,000 organizations worldwide through technical experts who have large networks in the business world, plus extensive international experience. The ten-day training covered the following topics: Basic Massage Strokes and Whole Body Massage, International Facial Massage, Bentosa and Bamboo Massage, and Spinal Muscle Test and Analysis. Alegria Palms Dos Partners With PSEFI-SKILLS for the Cordova, Cebu Coastal Clean-Up Project

Cordova, Cebu --- Fifteen (15) volunteers from Primary Structures Corporation's (PSC) Site Management Department and Alegria Palms Dos Project  in Cordova, Cebu joined the Coastal Clean-Up Drive dubbed as, "Punit Basura sa Cordova," last Saturday, April 9, 2016. This is the first Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity initiated by one of the affiliates of the Primary Group of Builders, in collaboration with the Municipality of Cordova, Cebu.  PSEFI-SKILLS was represented by Engr. Teddy Taray, Ms. Mayline Lipnica and Ms. Michelle Salon. Everyone was happy with the turnout of the activity as Cordova's Roro Port was obviously swept clean and free of plastic after a little more than an hour of cleaning. SKILLS Campus Opens Its Doors to Senior High School Enrollees

PSEFI-SKILLS has finally opened the Senior High School Enrollment for Academic Year 2016-2017 yesterday, with around 20 would-be students coming to the campus, all bent to take the Industrial Arts (Carpentry, Masonry, Reinforced Steel Bar Installation and Scaffold Erection) and Home Economics (Housekeeping and Household Services) courses being offered by SKILLS to qualified students. The expected public high schools where SKILLS are Pajo, Pusok, Babag, Zapatera, Lahug, Mabolo, Apas, Ramon Duterte, Tejero, Tingub, Tipolo, and Don Gerardo Ouano, among others. Mr. James Allan Sayson, Student Affairs Officer, is the one facilitating the enrollment along with the Senior High School faculty. PSEFI-SKILLS is expecting a maximum of 540 students when school opens this June 2016.
