Iskolar ng Primary (Scholar of Primary)

The scholarship program aims to provide technical-vocational degrees to deserving individuals who

It is a joint effort of the Primary Group of Companies as its commitment to provide skills training programs, and assessment opportunities  to less-privileged groups  such as displaced workers, unemployed workers, out-of-school youth, and workers who want to upgrade their skills or learn new trades.
