SKILLS Campus Opens Its Doors to Senior High School Enrollees

PSEFI-SKILLS has finally opened the Senior High School Enrollment for Academic Year 2016-2017 yesterday, with around 20 would-be students coming to the campus, all bent to take the Industrial Arts (Carpentry, Masonry, Reinforced Steel Bar Installation and Scaffold Erection) and Home Economics (Housekeeping and Household Services) courses being offered by SKILLS to qualified students. The expected public high schools where SKILLS are Pajo, Pusok, Babag, Zapatera, Lahug, Mabolo, Apas, Ramon Duterte, Tejero, Tingub, Tipolo, and Don Gerardo Ouano, among others.

Mr. James Allan Sayson, Student Affairs Officer, is the one facilitating the enrollment along with the
Senior High School faculty. PSEFI-SKILLS is expecting a maximum of 540 students when school opens this June 2016.

Joint Delivery Voucher Program

It's a hassle-free and friendly partnership program initiated by the Department of Education through D.O. 33 series of 2018 on the Joint Delivery Voucher Program (JDVP). 2017: Hilot Wellness Massage NC II Training for Senior High School Students

Cebu City --- We started the new year 2017 with two groups undergoing extensive training in Hilot Wellness Massage NC II. Our Grade 11 Senior High School students and the scholars of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), kicked-off the year with lectures, practical demonstration and on-the-job training about Hilot Wellness. Mr. Marben C. Manabat, RN, is the one on top of this tech-voc training. Our DSWD scholars set-up their Hilot Wellness facility in two venues: Circa 1900-Casa Dos, a restaurant located in Sanjercasville, Lahug, Cebu City, and at 2 Quad Building in Cebu Business Park. The student-trainees will be giving free massage to the guests, clients, employees of the said establishments. Training for Work Scholarship Program: Hilot Wellness Massage NC II Summer Course

We have a new set of students for the Hilot Wellness Massage NC II course, classes of which kicked-off on April 25, 2017, Tuesday, with Mr. Marison Donaire, RN, as instructor. The classes officially end on May 10, 2017, Wednesday. We have a total of twenty-three (23) students enrolled in the program, 9 of whom are Deaf. We are grateful to the Gualandi Mission for the Deaf, with Rev. Fr. Donald Abiichinomso as point-person, for making it possible for their Deaf beneficiaries to take part in this training program. Mainstreaming the Deaf in technical-vocational instruction is considered to be a big achievement in any educational institution.
