It is the right of every Filipino to pursue and continue his or her education. Living to its vision of providing globally competent Filipino workers equipped with knowledge and skills, the Primary Group of Builders (PGB) created and established the Bunkhouse Intensive Literacy Development Program or BUILD. Workers of Primary Structures Corporation (PSC) are offered this great program that helps them continue their studies. This is a preparation for students to pass the Accreditation and Equivalency Test and a step closer to their dreams. Employees of the PGB who were not able to finish their studies in basic education (elementary and junior high school) are given the privilege and opportunity to participate and be the beneficiaries of the BUILD program.    Volunteer teachers need patience and determination as each student has a different personality and style of learning. Community Clean-Up Drive at Minglanilla and Naga City, Cebu: A PSEFI Partnership With PSC's Manufacturing Department

PSEFI-SKILLS' staff had an enriching morning two Saturdays ago, May 7, 2016, along with the members of Primary Structures Corporation's (PSC) Manufacturing Department (MD) who organized this community clean-up drive, the second corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative for this year. The destination for this CSR was the riverside of Guindaruhan, Minglanilla, Cebu and Cantao-an, Naga City, Cebu. PSC's MD was led by Mr. Rene Verano, Jerry AƱos and Myrna Pitaluna. Alegria Palms Dos Partners With PSEFI-SKILLS for the Cordova, Cebu Coastal Clean-Up Project

Cordova, Cebu --- Fifteen (15) volunteers from Primary Structures Corporation's (PSC) Site Management Department and Alegria Palms Dos Project  in Cordova, Cebu joined the Coastal Clean-Up Drive dubbed as, "Punit Basura sa Cordova," last Saturday, April 9, 2016. This is the first Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity initiated by one of the affiliates of the Primary Group of Builders, in collaboration with the Municipality of Cordova, Cebu.  PSEFI-SKILLS was represented by Engr. Teddy Taray, Ms. Mayline Lipnica and Ms. Michelle Salon. Primary Homes, Inc. (PHI) Launches Home Run 2016

Mrs. Paulette D. Liu and Mr. Joel Baring during Home Run 2016's presscon Primary Homes, Inc. (PHI) organized a mini-press conference held at the lecture room of SKILLS' Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) yesterday, March 30, 2016, Tuesday, from 2:00-4:00 pm, launching Home Run 2016, a benefit fun run for the scholars of PSEFI-SKILLS. The event was well-attended by Cebu's mediamen as all the newspaper dailies were duly represented. PSEFI-SKILLS' COO, Mrs. Paulette D. Liu, first gave an introduction about the thrusts and advocacies of Primary Structures Educational Foundation, Inc. (PSEFI), the corporate foundation of the Primary Group of Builders (PGB).
