Industry-Academe Workshop of Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry Had PSEFI-SKILLS COO as Speaker

Liu, was the speaker of the Industry-Academe Workshop organized by the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) last April 25, 2017, Tuesday, at the Cebu City Marriott Hotel and last May 11, 2017, Thursday, held at SKILLS' Multipurpose Hall. Senior High School Scouting: Looking Back, Moving Forward!

Team building at the Naga Valley Industrial Park (NAVA) Cebu City --- PSEFI-SKILLS has committed itself to promote resilience and resourcefulness among its Senior High School students when it first launched Scouting last year, May 16, 2016. This project was proposed and implemented by no less than Primary Structures Corporation's President, Mr. William Liu, Jr. The student-participants were chosen during their enrollment after the interview conducted by SKILLS' Student Affairs Officer. First-aid training The scouts' training started with an orientation about the vision-mission of the school, an overview of the organizational chart of scouting, and the students' responsibilities. PSEFI-SKILLS and AFOS' Pilot Class Graduate from Senior High School

Cebu City --- April 7, 2017, Friday, was a prodigious day for us in PSEFI-SKILLS as we witnessed nineteen (19) of our Pilot Class Senior High School (Grade 12) students graduate from four (4) construction trades: Carpentry NC II, Masonry NC II, Tile Setting NC II and Plumbing NC II. PSEFI-SKILLS is the first tech-voc institution in the country to pilot the Senior High School (SHS) Program for the Tech-Voc Track under the construction sector. This special project is in partnership the Department of Education's (DepEd) Cebu City Division Office, the AFOS Foundation for Entrepreneurial Development Cooperation as funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Zapatera National High School and the Cebu Contractor's Association. A New Partnership: PSEFI-SKILLS and Tzu Chi Foundation Philippines

Engr. Steve Y. Banzon (2nd from left), PSEFI-SKILLS Technical Training Director at the Tzu Chi Foundation Training Center in Manila Cebu City --- Primary Structures Educational Foundation, Inc. (PSEFI) and Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation-Philippines (BTCHP), are now partners in furthering humanitarian work in the country through education and training opportunities for the poor and the marginalized in society. The 25th Culminating Activity of PSEFI-SKILLS

Cebu City --- Primary Structures Educational Foundation, Inc. (PSEFI) held its 25th Culminating Activity last September 16, 2016, Friday, 1-3 pm, at the SKILLS Multipurpose Hall. The special guests of this event were Lt. Col. Meliton C. Reyes, Assistant Chief of Education and Training of the Armed Forces of the Philippines-Visayas and Engr. Jerry D. Años, Head of the Manufacturing Department of Primary Structures Corporation (PSC). The trainers who graced the occasion were Engr. Lea Babor and Mr. Dennis Pareja of PSC; Engr. Teddy M. Taray and Mr. Marben C. Manabat, RN of PSEFI-SKILLS. Representing the school administration were Mrs. Paulette D. Liu, COO; Dr. Eunice B. Raz, Academic Director, and Engr. Steve Y. Southwestern University-PHINMA Invites PSEFI-SKILLS for Senior High School Career Orientation Talk Held at Aznar Coliseum

Ms. Mitziel Toledo (holding the framed certificate) at SWU-Phinma's Aznar Coliseum with Grade 11 students of the tech-voc track PSEFI-SKILLS' Senior High School Guidance Counselor, Mrs. Mitziel Toledo, represented the foundation last August 5, 2016, Friday, 1-5 pm, to be the main speaker for the Career Orientation Talk organized by Southwestern University-PHINMA for its Senior High School - Grade 11 students. Dubbed as "Know Your Career," the activity was held at SWU-PHINMA's Aznar Coliseum. SWU-PHINMA's Placement Manager, Ms. Jo C. Cartalla, spearheaded the event which was meant to enlighten the technical-vocational track candidates of their Senior High School program.
